Welcome to the Escape to your future course. It is our pleasure to introduce you to this course, which is dedicated to youth employment, covering various topics from creating a resume to preparing for a job interview.

In this introduction, we will explain what it consists of and how you can get the most out of it. We warn you that once you embark on this adventure, you won’t want to give up halfway through!

For those who are starting their career in the labour market, for example, young people looking for their first job, you know that it is difficult to live up to companies’ expectations, such as developing a CV or even a portfolio. On the other hand, when we are selected for a job interview, that first interview (!), which leaves us nervous and with stomach churning, we don’t know how to react or how to position ourselves before the recruiter, because we are too nervous and don’t know what to do.

This and other topics will be covered in this course. It is not intended to be intensive, boring or theoretical. On the contrary, this course is designed to be taken in a relaxed way, giving practical examples. At the end of each module, you may be asked to perform tasks, such as creating your portfolio, for example, among others.

Bienvenido/a al curso Escape To Your Future. Nos alegra presentaros este curso centrado en el empleo juvenil y que cubre varios temas, desde la creación de un CV hasta la preparación para una entrevista de trabajo.

En esta introducción te explicaremos en qué consiste y cómo puedes sacarle el máximo partido. ¡Te advertimos que una vez que te embarques en esta aventura no querrás rendirte a mitad de camino!

Aquellos/as que están comenzando su carrera en el mercado laboral, por ejemplo, los y las jóvenes que buscan su primer trabajo, saben que es difícil estar a la altura de las expectativas de las empresas, como desarrollar un CV o incluso un portafolios profesional. En cambio, cuando nos seleccionan para una entrevista de trabajo, esa primera entrevista (¡!), que nos genera nervios y nos deja con el estómago revuelto, no sabemos cómo reaccionar ni cómo posicionarnos ante quien nos entrevista, porque estamos demasiado nerviosos/as y no sabemos qué hacer.

Este y otros temas serán tratados en este curso que no pretende ser intensivo, aburrido o teórico. Al contrario, este curso está diseñado para ser tomado de forma relajada, dando ejemplos prácticos. Al final de cada módulo, se te puede pedir que realices tareas, como crear tu portafolios, entre otras.

Witamy na kursie Escape to your future. Z przyjemnością informujemy o tym kursie, który będzie poświęcony zatrudnieniu młodzieży, będzie on obejmował różne tematy, od tworzenia CV po przygotowanie do rozmowy o pracę.

W początkowej części kursu wyjaśnimy, z czego się on składa i jak najlepiej z niego korzystać. Ostrzegamy, że gdy wyruszysz w tę przygodę, nie będziesz chciał się poddać w połowie!

Dla tych, którzy dopiero rozpoczynają karierę na rynku pracy, np. młodych ludzi szukających pierwszej pracy, wiadomo, że trudno jest sprostać oczekiwaniom firm, takim jak opracowanie CV czy choćby posiadanie portfolio. Z drugiej strony, gdy wybieramy się na rozmowę kwalifikacyjną, tę pierwszą (!), która sprawia, że ​​czujemy się nerwowi i jakby coś ściskało nas za gardło, nie wiemy, jak zareagować ani jak ustawić się przed rekruterem, ponieważ jesteśmy zbyt nerwowi i nie wiemy, co robić.

Ten i inne tematy zostaną omówione w tym kursie. Nie ma on być intensywny, nudny ani teoretyczny. Wręcz przeciwnie, ten kurs ma być prowadzony w przystępny sposób, podając praktyczne przykłady. Pod koniec każdego modułu możesz zostać poproszony o wykonanie zadań, takich jak m.in. stworzenie swojego portfolio.
